This form is for the benefit of Residents and Visitors to, the borough of Weymouth and Portland to report issues of concern or to give praise where we have provided an exceptional service.

Providing a valid email address has been entered a duplicate copy will be sent to the complainant.

If you are requesting a service (rather than making a formal complaint), You can also use the following services:-

• Bin collections
• Pothole or Road damage
• Faulty Street Light
• Report a lost or found dog
• Complain about food premises or food product
• If you are experiencing a noise or nuisance from a residential property or business premises
